Job Description: Wholesale Experience Adviser
Reports to: Customer Experience Team Manager
FLSA Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Works with: Customer Experience Team Manager, Operations Director,

Responsibilities and Duties
Encourage customer purchases with loyalty and prompt, courteous response time
Communicate with assigned key accounts to quote and process orders
Phone communication, online chat, and email
Process wholesale orders, backorders, and returns
Retain and grow direct account base
Qualifications and Skills
At least 6 months of positive experience in Customer Service
Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Maintain a calm and professional demeanor while handling multiple priorities
Eager to learn and receptive
Stellar phone skills with the ability to be heard "smiling through the phone"
EXTRA CONSIDERATION - Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms
