5 Tips & Tricks
To Get Used to Your Progressives

Create a habit of pointing your nose in the direction you want to look instead of just looking left or right with your eyes.

Your progressive readers should sit high on your nose–don’t slide them down

While you’re getting used to the lenses, try not to take stairs too quickly or step down off sidewalks in a hurry–you may have trouble seeing the steps during the initial adjustment period

Gradually increase how much time you wear them over the first few days

Avoid switching between different readers. Doing so will lengthen your time to get used to wearing progressive readers.
