Welcome to our Peepers help page! If you're at a loss of how our website works, how we ship, what sort of products and services we offer or anything in between, you've come to the right place!  As always, if you don't find the answers you're looking for, please contact our friendly Customer Experience Team at    1-800-348-2508. How soon will my order ship?

Orders are sent out in the order they are received and generally ship the following day they are placed.  We ship Monday through Friday, so orders placed on a weekend will not ship until Monday. For orders placed on our website, we will contact you when an item is out of stock so be sure to check your email in the days following to be sure there are no problems with your order.

How long is standard shipping?

We ship UPS Mail Innovations for all orders that qualify for free freight (orders of $42 USD or more).  We are in the Midwest so you can guess that the closer you are, the less you'll have to wait and the farther away you are the longer it will take. Generally, orders should arrive within 5-7 business days via UPS Mail Innovations. International Orders ship USPS First Class International or Priority International and will generally arrive within 10 to 15 business days.

How does Next Business Day delivery work?

For those of you who need to see right NOW we offer UPS Next Business Day delivery.  When you order before 2:00pm CST your order will be delivered before the end of the following business day. Also remember that Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days. If you'd like to order Next Business Day and you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or a US Possession please call us at 1-219-872-4413 for a price estimate.  If you live in the Midwest (particularly Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, or Ohio) consider saving your money as UPS Mail Innovations should be quick enough. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, We ship to European EU Countries, UK, Norway, Australia and New Zealand.  If the order value is $75 USD or less we ship USPS Priority Mail. Orders totaling more than $75 USD must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International for tracking purposes and will incur additional charges. Shipping time is typically 10 to 15 business days. International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. Peepers.com is NOT responsible for any sales taxes, duties or any other fees if applied by the customs service in your country.

What is your return policy?

If upon receipt of your order, you’re not thrilled with the particular style or color just return them within 90 days of receipt. We will issue a refund, or if you wish you can exchange them for another style. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 90 days. Your refund will be made in the form of the original payment. We can only accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased on www.peepers.com. If you purchased merchandise from a store, you will need to take it back to that specific location for the appropriate return/exchange depending on their policy. 

How do I send back my Peepers for return or exchange?

Complete the return paperwork received with your package. Use the prepaid label found on your return paperwork to send your glasses back. (Note: There is a $3.95 fee for using this label. This fee is waived for all exchanges.) Simply put your return with the prepaid label back in your mailbox, drop off at the nearest post office, or ship back via the shipping method of your choice at your own expense. Once we receive your merchandise, we will process your exchange or provide credit to the original form of payment.  Please allow 5-10 business days for processing.

What do I do if my Peepers sit crooked on my face?

Peepers can easily be adjusted at home in just a few quick steps! Set them on a table facing you and if one arm is higher than the other, simply apply light pressure in the opposite direction to correct the misalignment. Presto! After aligning both arms, they should touch the table surface equally. 

How do I get a coupon for Peepers Reading Glasses?

My Peepers broke; can I send them to you for repair?

Depending on the model and style, minor repairs such as replacement screws and nose pads can be mailed directly to you if you wish to do it yourself. Please contact the Peepers Customer Experience Team (800.348.2508 | peeps@peepers.com) prior to sending back merchandise.

I don't need glasses but I want to wear them for fashion, do you make frames with clear/no correction lenses?

We do have a few frames that are available in 'No Correction'. We currently have 3 frames that are offered with this +0.00 correction, but that includes 17 different color options! Be on the look-out for new frames coming soon! We do release new product twice a year so you can always look forward to fresh, new styles! 

I love this style but do you have anything that has unicorns and rainbows? I’d prefer the rainbow to have violet and pink with….

We have hundreds of options to choose from and we are continually coming out with new styles and colors so you are sure to find a look that is right for you.  Unfortunately, we do not do any custom work but we’re always open to fun suggestions! 

Can I buy Peepers with two different prescriptions? I need a stronger strength in one eye versus the other.

We can switch the lenses when stronger magnification is needed in one eye over the other. Customers will need to buy two pairs total, one in each desired strength, to result in one working pair. Note: Lens swaps are non-returnable.

How do I become a Peepers Retailer?

How does the Store Locator work?

You can search for Peepers retailers two ways through our store locator section.  The first way is simply by entering a US Zip Code, then click search. The second way is to view a list of retailers by state and their locations will appear.  If you have trouble finding a store near you, please give our Customer Experience Team a call at 800.348.2508 and we’ll be happy to help.

Where do you ship from?

You will notice on our website, we list our location to be 9935 E. US Highway 12 in Michigan City, IN. However, since Peepers has quickly grown in the last few years, we have moved our warehouse location to Elgin, IL. So any and all shipments will go to and from that location. Our office space still resides in the lovely beachfront town of Michigan City, IN.

Do Peepers Reading Glasses come with a case?

Yes! All Peepers come with a complimentary, coordinating case. The majority of our styles come with a cloth case, with the exception of our Travel Collection readers. Our Peepsakes signature line comes with an optical hard case. 

*Case color shown with each frame is subject to change based on availability. If you choose to have a different color than what is pictured with your favorite readers, you may purchase spare cases by perusing our Accessories section. 

How do I match my face shape with your frame?

Why, by using our Style Guide of course! Here you will find each face shape with frames suggested for you! We also have suggestions for skin tones. If you are at a complete loss, not knowing the shape of your face or your "color wheel" please call our Customer Experience Team and we will do our best to match you with the perfect Peepers frame!

Can I shop for reading glasses by strength?

Absolutely!  When you click on any category of reading glasses on our site you can search by strength on the left hand side of the page. This allows you to narrow your results by the strength of glasses across the entire section. Also, you can simply type the strength/power desired in our product search box (such as 3.25) and click the search button. What is the difference between Peepers and drugstore readers?

Peepers offers a variety of fun and funky styles that you’ll never see in a drug store. We offer flexible hinges to keep frames comfortably in place. All of our readers offer Aspheric lenses, providing clearer vision and offering a wider, distortion field of view. We also have a Signature line called Peepsakes that features handmade materials and optical quality frames. Drugstore readers cannot compare with our selection and quality product.

What strengths do Peepers come in?

 The majority of our styles come in 1.25 through 3.00.  We carry strengths down to 1.00 and all the way up to 4.00 in select styles.  Simply type in the strength you would like in our search area OR narrow your results while shopping by clicking on the strength desired. 

How do I know what strength to wear?

The strength should be displayed on the inside of one of the side arms of your current pair. If you ordered from us previously we should have a copy of the strengths you ordered. If you are buying reading glasses for the first time, please visit our Vision Chart section.  

Did you receive notice that your email is already in use?

 If you were a customer of Peepers prior to 6/1/2011 then chances are your account information was imported over to our new site. You can do one of three things to move forward with your order:


1. Type in your e-mail address and password in the my account section of our site or anywhere you see the site asking for you to log in.


2. You can also contact customer support to reset your password if you can't remember your log-in credentials.


3. Contact customer support to delete your account information and you'll be able to check out moving forward without having to create an account.
