How do I track my order? You will receive an automatic email containing tracking information for your order as soon as it ships! You can also use our "Track My Order" feature on our homepage; the only information needed is your email address and order number.
How long will it take to ship my order? Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
What is your standard shipping option? We ship via UPS Mail Innovations. This standard shipping option is $3.99 USD, or free over $42 USD!
UPS Mail Innovations is a combined effort between UPS and USPS. Packages will be picked up from our Distribution Center by UPS, who will then transfer to USPS for final delivery. Transit time is typically between 5-7 business days.
What expedited shipping options do you offer? We offer FedEx 2-Day shipping at checkout for a fee of $8.99 USD, or free over $125 USD! Please note that the ship times quoted will be business days. If an order is placed before 1:00pm CST, it will typically ship on the same day Monday through Friday.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! International shipping times are typically between 10-15 business days. International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. Where do you ship from? We ship from our Distribution Center and Main Office located in Michigan City, Indiana.

Can I exchange for a different pair of Peepers? If you would like to send back your return item(s) for something different, you will choose a Peepers E-Gift Card as your form of refund. Once your return has been received by our team, you will receive your E-Gift Card via email, which can then be used at checkout when placing a new order on our website.
Are return labels free? We will waive the shipping label fee for any exchanges or refunds made to a Peepers E-Gift Card. Return requests for a monetary refund will be subject to a $3.99 USD label fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Do you accept international returns? Yes, we will accept returns within 90 days for international shipments. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, as we are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns. How long will it take to receive my refund? Once we have received your return item(s), our Returns Team will issue the refund based on your selection at the time of submitting your return. Peepers E-Gift Cards will be emailed to you. Monetary refunds can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be reflected in your account based on processing time with your financial institution.
My Peepers are damaged—can I send them back for repair? While we do not offer a repair service, depending on the model and style, we can send out replacement screws or assist in any way that we can. Can I exchange my mystery item for a different pair or get a refund? Mystery items added to your cart for only $5 USD are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. If you don’t love your surprise pair of Peepers, we encourage you to donate it or share the love by gifting it to someone who could use a new pair of readers.

What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Peepers Gift Cards can also be applied to your cart at checkout by entering the unique code into the "Gift card or discount code" field. We also accept Paypal and Shop Pay for Express checkout options.
Do you accept FSA or HSA cards as a form of payment? Yes, as long as your FSA/HSA card is associated with one of the following major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. You will enter the information at checkout just as you would a credit or debit card. Please remember that FSA dollars do expire at the end of the year, so we recommend that you contact your insurance provider for further information on expiration and available funds. Should you need to make a return from an order processed with your FSA/HSA account, we suggest contacting your insurance provider to confirm that they will allow refunds to be made back to your account.
How do I apply a promotional code? You can simply enter this code in the "Gift card or discount code" field at checkout before applying payment.
How do I receive free shipping? Free standard shipping will be applied to any order over $42 USD or more! For Canadian customers, this will be applied over $75 CAD. Free shipping will be applicable only after all discounts have been applied to the order.
What is the mystery item? If you’re feeling adventurous, you can add a mystery item to your cart for $5 USD. You’ll just let us know your reading strength and whether you would prefer a men’s or women’s frame, and we’ll send you a surprise pair! The mystery item is nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for a different pair.
If you have a prescription from your eyecare provider, the ADD power will be the strength needed for readers.
Do you offer prescription lens services? While this is not a service that we offer, most of our frames are compatible with prescription lenses. The lenses are removable, so the frames can be altered by an eyecare professional—with the exception of metal or rimless styles. We recommend reaching out to your regular eyecare provider prior to placing an order to verify that they will accept outside frames.
When will you restock an item? If an item is from our SALE category, it will not be restocked once we have sold out. All products in our SALE category have been discontinued. If a regular-priced item is out of stock, there is a chance that this item will be restocked! We recommend signing up to receive an automatic email notification when it arrives. This can be done by selecting "Email When Available" right from the product page.
We do not place items on backorder, but once you have signed up and received an email notification of its arrival, you will be able to place a new order right on our website!
What lens types do you offer in sunglasses? 1. No Correction Polarized – TAC polarized lenses with no magnification 2. Reading* – Acrylic lenses with reading correction throughout the entire lens 3. Hideaway™ Bifocal* – Acrylic lenses with reading correction on the bottom portion of the lens while the top of the lens is clear with no correction; the bifocal is placed on the inside of the lens, so no one will know that you’re wearing bifocals!
*Polarization is not offered in the Reading or Bifocal sunglasses.
How do I find the right fit for my face? Each style that we offer has its own unique set of widths and dimensions. If you find a style you love that is too big or small for you, we are not able to offer that exact frame in a different size, but we’re always happy to recommend a similar product and help you find your next favorite pair.
Shopping by width If you have a narrow face, your ideal frame width would be 5” or less. Average-fitting frames have a width measuring about 5”-5.25” from temple screw to temple screw. For those with wider heads, you should look for frames that are at least 5.25” but preferably more. This information, as well as frame height, eye size, temple length, and nose bridge, can be found on each product page under "Measurements."
Shopping by height A standard frame height is approximately 1.6” for most glasses. If that measurement is lower, the style will be classified as a half-frame, whereas oversized styles are closer to 2” and up.
Shopping by silhouette Certain styles are more likely to complement the natural shape and curvature of your features than others. See below for our quick guide to find the best style based on face shape, but keep in mind that every person is unique, and so are Peepers. Many of our styles can be classified in multiple categories (for example, soft square and rectangle) or are even a hybrid between two styles (such as a cat-eye and a round frame).
Your features have a youthful softness due to the length and width of your face being nearly equal. Contrasting your curves with an angular frame, especially thinner rectangular styles, will provide a flattering and slimming effect. A soft square will also accentuate your features nicely. As a general rule, those with round faces should avoid round frames.
Your facial silhouette is all about the angles. You have a wider forehead and prominent jawline, and your face is about as long as it is wide. Softening those angles with gentle curves is going to achieve a balanced look. Oval or rounded frames will suit you well, preferably narrower styles without too much height. As a general rule, those with square faces should avoid angular frames.
Your face is longer than it is wide, with softened curves rather than prominent angles. Balance is key, so you’ll want to steer away from half-frames and opt instead for styles that have some height. Soft squares are universally flattering on most face shapes, but they look especially sharp on a narrow face. Although you can pull off a classic cat-eye, angular frames are generally going to be more complementary than round frames. Thick, oversized styles will suit you well.
This face shape is similar to the oval silhouette with more length than width but featuring a prominent jawline and wider forehead in comparison. If you’re all about statement pieces, you’re in luck—chunky, oversized styles, especially soft squares or frames with rounded edges, were made to complement your features. The upturned swoop of cat-eyed frames will be exceptionally flattering. Try to avoid rectangular half-frames, which will look small on your face.
Also sometimes referred to as a triangular face shape, your silhouette is defined by a broad forehead and wide cheek bones that taper down to a small chin. Balance is key, so you’ll want to avoid top-heavy frames like cat-eyes and instead opt for smaller styles that will highlight your cheekbones. Light-colored half-frames, especially semi-rimless, tend to be a flattering choice that work particularly well with this face shape.
These guidelines are intended to help you find your ideal look if you aren’t sure where to start, but there are always exceptions to the rules. You are the one who knows best which styles complement your unique features.

What is your opening order minimum? Once you have been approved for wholesale, you can open an account for just $200 USD.
Do you territory protect? Peepers is a rep-managed line. While we do not offer territory protection, your rep will look at what a store is selling and the size of the territory. Given the breadth and depth of our line, it can be possible for multiple stores to carry Peepers in an area while maintaining unique assortments.
How soon can I place an order? We pride ourselves on excellent Customer Service and strive to respond within 24-48 business hours.

Am I allowed to sell your product on my website? As a Peepers wholesaler, you are required to have a brick-and-mortar store. To sell online, we require you to sign our resellers agreement. You must also use your own platform, as we prohibit selling on any third-party websites or marketplaces. We ask that you adhere to our MSRP of $23.00 - $25.00 USD.
