What is your return policy?
We offer a stress-free 90 day return policy. Simply send your glasses back to us for a refund, exchange, or electronic Peepers gift card within 90 days of the original order date. Your refund will be the amount paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, taking into account any special promotions and/or discounts used when the order was placed. The original shipping charge is not reimbursable and will not be included in your total refund amount.

Are you returning Peepers Progressive Styles?
We will waive the return fee if you are returning Peepers Progressive Styles (US ONLY). If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations (before or after 90 days from the original order), please give us a call at 219-872-4413 or email us at peeps@peepers.com.
If you purchased your Peepers from an independent retail store we cannot refund your original payment, but we will work with you to exchange the product.

**If your Peepers Progressives were purchased during a special segment such as Good Morning America or The View, please note that we offer a 30-day return policy for these promotions and you are responsible for your own return shipping. Sale items are only eligible for a Peepers electronic gift card. See Good Morning America and The View return information below.

Can I exchange for a different pair of Peepers?
If you would like to send back your return item(s) for something different, you will choose a Peepers E-Gift Card as your form of refund. Once your return has been received by our team, you will receive your E-Gift Card via email, which can then be used at checkout when placing a new order on our website. 

Are return labels free?
We will waive the shipping label fee for any exchanges or refunds made to a Peepers E-Gift Card. Return requests for a monetary refund will be subject to a $3.99 USD label fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.

Do you accept international returns? 
*Includes all orders shipped to Canada
Yes, we will accept returns within 90 days for international shipments. Please note that you will be responsible for shipping the product(s) back to us, as we are not able to provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns. For more information, please call our Customer Experience Team at 219.872.4413. 

How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we have received your return item(s), our Returns Team will issue the refund based on your selection at the time of submitting your return. Peepers E-Gift Cards will be emailed to you. Monetary refunds can take anywhere from 2-5 business days to be reflected in your account based on processing time with your financial institution.  

My Peepers are damaged—can I send them back for repair?
While we do not offer a repair service, depending on the model and style, we can send out replacement screws or assist in any way that we can. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team by email at peeps@peepers.com or by phone at 219.872.4413 before returning defective merchandise. Our team will be happy to help!

Can I exchange my mystery item for a different pair or get a refund?
Mystery items added to your cart for only $8 USD are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged. If you don’t love your surprise pair of Peepers, we encourage you to donate it or share the love by gifting it to someone who could use a new pair of readers.
