How do I track my order?
You will receive an automatic email containing tracking information for your order as soon as it ships! You can also use our "Track My Order" feature on website; the only information needed is your email address and order number.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
What is your standard shipping option?
We ship via UPS Mail Innovations. This standard shipping option is $4.99 USD, or free over $42! UPS will pick up your package from our Distribution Center and deliver to your local post office, and then your package will arrive with your regular USPS mail. Transit time is typically between 4-10 business days.
What expedited shipping options do you offer?
We offer FedEx Expedited shipping at checkout for a fee of $8.99 USD, or free over $125! Please note that the ship times quoted will be business days. If an order is placed before 1:00pm CST, it will typically ship on the same day Monday through Friday.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping times are typically between 10-15 business days. International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. Peepers.com is NOT responsible for sales taxes, duties, or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Distribution Center and Main Office located in Michigan City, Indiana.
Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Please note that once the order has been received by our Distribution Center, we are unable to make any updates. Although we cannot guarantee any order changes, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request!
