Steps:

1. Navigate to your desired style
2. Select 'buy as gift'
3. Click the 'Add as Gift' button.
4. Set recipient name, email, notification date and add a gift note
5. Click 'Add to Cart'.
6. We'll send the recipient an email on the delivery date with a link to select their strength and shipping address.
