Terms and Conditions These rules govern the Survey Incentive Promotion (the “Promotion”) being conducted by Peepers by PeeperSpecs beginning on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ending on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. CST (Promotion Period).

How to Participate During the Promotion Period, follow the link provided to complete and submit the survey. Only one entry per person during the Promotion Period will be allowed. All entries submitted become the sole property of Peepers by PeeperSpecs and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt to obtain entries by using fictitious or non-functioning email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by Peepers by PeeperSpecs. Computers at Peepers by PeeperSpecs will be the official timekeeping devices for the Promotion. Peepers by PeeperSpecs is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected registrations, which will be disqualified.

Eligibility Restrictions The Promotion is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Peepers by PeeperSpecs, the members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, sibling, or child), and those living in the same household of each (whether related or not), are ineligible to win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Participants are required to provide truthful information. In order to claim the prize, Peepers by PeeperSpecs may require the winners to provide a valid government-issued photo identification card along with their complete current mailing address, date of birth, and phone number. Peepers by PeeperSpecs will disqualify any individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

Promotion Award The prizes (“Prizes”) are one of twenty electronic gift cards. Each winner will only receive one prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period.

The prize must be redeemed within seven (7) days of the date Peepers by PeeperSpecs sends notification to the winner. Participants are eligible to win only one time during the Promotion Period. The winner will be solely responsible for all taxes and all other fees and expenses not specified herein associated with the receipt and use of the Promotion award.

The prize is expressly limited to the item listed above and, unless otherwise expressly specified, does not include taxes, gratuities, or any other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.

The Promotion may be combined with other Peepers by PeeperSpecs promotions. Where a conflict exists between promotions, Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right to determine which promotion will apply. Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Peepers by PeeperSpecs also reserves the right to change, add, delete, or alter in any way the official Promotion details and restrictions at any time during any promotion, without prior notice.

Conditions Decisions made by Peepers by PeeperSpecs management with respect to the Promotion are final. The Promotion is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Michigan and the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion award recipients will pay all applicable taxes and fees.

By participating in the Promotion, the award recipient agrees to have their name, voice, and likeness used by Peepers by PeeperSpecs in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to the Promotion without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the Prize. Prior to the release of the award to the winner, Peepers by PeeperSpecs, in its sole discretion, may require the Promotion award recipient (and any travel companion(s) or guest(s)) to sign a liability release, agreeing to release and hold harmless Peepers by PeeperSpecs, its officers and employees, member agencies, directors, agents, and representatives and all of their successors and assigns from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the Promotion and participation in the Promotion.

If for any reason this Promotion cannot be executed as planned, including, but not limited to, as a result of infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, incomplete or unintelligible entries, or any other causes beyond the control of Peepers by PeeperSpecs that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if the Promotion is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the original end date, those participating in the Promotion prior to the termination will still be eligible to receive the Promotion award.

Peepers by PeeperSpecs, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of Peepers by PeeperSpecs or the websites. Failure to comply with the rules of the Promotion may result in a participant’s disqualification and/or forfeiture of any prize. If Peepers by PeeperSpecs makes a good faith determination that cheating or fraudulent activity has occurred in connection with the Promotion, Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right to disqualify that participant from winning future promotions and to prosecute and seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the substitution of an award of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of Peepers by PeeperSpecs, any competition or award-related event or travel is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, Peepers by PeeperSpecs reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the Promotion and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

Peepers by PeeperSpecs is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of the Promotion award. For a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to “Survey Incentive Promotion Official Rules,” Attn: Ariel Paholski, Peepers by PeeperSpecs, 9935 E US HWY 12 Michigan City, IN 46360. For the name(s) of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt to the above address marked “Survey Incentive Promotion Winner.” The Official Rules shall also be available during regular business hours at the Peepers by PeeperSpecs offices.
