How do I track my order?

You will receive an automatic email containing tracking information for your order as soon as it ships! You can also use our "Track My Order" feature on website; the only information needed is your email address and order number.


How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days from the time that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. *Shipping times may be longer during the peaked holiday season. 


What is your standard shipping option?
We ship within the contiguous US via UPS Mail Innovations. This standard shipping option is $4.99 USD, or free over $42! UPS will pick up your package from our Distribution Center and deliver to your local post office, and then your package will arrive with your regular USPS mail. Transit time is typically between 4-7 business days except in rare circumstances where delivery could take up to 10 days.

UPS Ground - Transit time is between 1-5 business days. The price is based on weight and destination of your order. 

Order by 3pm cst. on December 12th to have the best chance of getting your gifts by December 24th!


What expedited shipping options do you offer?

UPS Next Day Air - Ships same day if ordered before 1:00 PM CST. If you order before 1:00 PM on a Friday it will be ship the same day, but won't arrive until Monday. The price is based on weight and destination. 

FedEx One Rate - Ships same day if ordered before 1:00 PM CST. If you order before 1:00 PM on a Friday it will be ship the same day, but won't arrive until Monday. The price is a flat $9.

Order by 3pm cst. on December 19th to have the best chance of getting your gifts by December 24th!


Do you ship internationally?
*Includes Canada
Yes! International shipping times are typically between 10-15 business days. International shipping times do not include any unforeseen customs delays. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. Peepers.com is NOT responsible for sales taxes, duties, or any other fees applied by the customs service in your country.

Where do you ship from?
We ship from our Distribution Center and Main Office located in Michigan City, Indiana.


Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
Please contact our Customer Experience Team by phone at 219.872.4413 or email peeps@peepers.com as soon as possible to request an order change. Please note that once the order has been received by our Distribution Center, we are unable to make any updates. Although we cannot guarantee any order changes, we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request!
