Care Instructions
Store your Peepers in a cool, dry place, ideally at room temperature. Avoid leaving them in extreme heat or direct sunlight. Acetate is a sensitive material that may change shape in extreme temperatures.

When not wearing your Peepers, store them in their protective case that comes with the glasses.

We recommend wiping your Peepers x Godmothers lenses with the lens cleaning cloth that comes with your frames. Avoid using rough fabric, tissues, or paper towels to avoid scratching. Alternatively, you can use lens cleaner, warm water, a gentle soap (if needed), and a microfiber cloth. Avoid hot water and harsh cleaners such as alcohol, vinegar, and disinfectant wipes as they can damage material or finish.

My glasses fit differently then they did when I originally received them. What should I do?
The frames in this collection are made from acetate, which can slightly change shape over time due to temperature or wear. To have your frames readjusted to the Frame Fit Specs that they were when you originally received them, contact our Customer Experience team for more information. If you wish to have the frames fit custom to you and not to the original Frame Fit Specs, you can ask your optician for a custom adjustment.

Can these glasses be used for prescription lenses?
Yes, acetate frames can be used for prescription lenses from your optician.

What is the warranty/return policy for the Godmothers x Peepers collection?
We offer a 1 year warranty and a stress-free 90 day return policy. Simply send your glasses back to us for a refund, exchange, or electronic Peepers gift card within 90 days of the original order date. Your refund will be the amount paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, taking into account any special promotions and/or discounts used when the order was placed. Closeout items purchased from our Sale category are not eligible for a monetary refund. They can be exchanged or returned for a Peepers E-Gift Card. The original shipping charge is not reimbursable and will not be included in your total refund amount.
