SMS Policy
Intro
Peepers (“Peepers”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) offers optional SMS/text messaging so we can provide order-related updates and customer service. By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly agreeing to receive text messages from Peepers, you consent to receive SMS messages as described below.

- Customer service follow-up on an issue you’ve contacted us about
We do not use this SMS program for mass promotional campaigns or marketing blasts at this time.
2. How You Opt In
Website forms / checkout
By entering your mobile number on a Peepers form (such as a contact form or checkout) and actively selecting a checkbox that says you agree to receive text messages from Peepers related to your order or customer service, and submitting the form.
Phone call with our team
During a phone call with Peepers customer service, our representative may ask if you would like to receive order or service updates by text. The representative will explain that messages are for customer-service and order-related purposes only, that message and data rates may apply, and that you can reply STOP to opt out. If you verbally agree, we record that consent in your customer record.
You text us first (inbound SMS)
If you text our published customer-service number to ask about your order or an issue, you are initiating an SMS conversation with Peepers. When we reply, we will clearly identify ourselves as Peepers and include opt-out information (Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help).
By using any of these opt-in methods, you consent to receive text messages from Peepers to the phone number you provided, subject to these SMS Terms.
3. Message Frequency & Costs
- Message frequency varies based on your specific request or order (e.g., a short series of messages while resolving an issue).
- We do not send recurring marketing campaigns via this SMS program.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
4. How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any text message from Peepers to stop receiving further SMS messages.
- You may receive one final confirmation message after opting out.
- If messages continue after opting out, please contact us using the methods below.

6. Eligibility & Responsibilities
- You must be the mobile account holder or have their permission.

We respect your privacy. Our use of your information, including your mobile number, is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only to support Peepers communications as described here and in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
We may update these SMS Text Messaging Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date below. Your continued use of our SMS services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
