If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the 3 steps below and return it for a full refund! Please return your purchase within 90 days and in original condition to receive a full refund.
"Full refund" means the full purchase price, shipping fees not included.

Step 1: Visit our Returns Page.
You will need the email address you used to check out, as well as your order number. Fill out the required fields and we will be alerted of and on the lookout for your incoming merchandise.
*If you choose to print a label from the Returns Page, you will be charged $3.95, if making a return. Please note that you will have the option to send your items back via any method of your choosing, should you not want to use our label. We will waive the label fee if you are making an exchange.
Step 2: Pack your return.
Use the original shipping box and packing materials that your glasses came in. They’re designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us!
*Please note – we do not recommend using padded envelopes to return your Peepers.
Step 3: Ship the box back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Choose to print your United States Post Office (USPS) pre-paid label online or send your return on your own via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend using USPS, as this is the most cost effective way to return your goods.

You can exchange items from your purchase within 90 days of the purchase date. They must be in resalable condition and include the free case. To complete an exchange, follow the three easy return steps listed above.
The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. ALL returned items must be in resalable condition with the coordinating case. No credit will be given if the product shows signs of use. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage and wear caused by customer. (This means when your dog decides to taste test them or you get hair color all over them – we will not be able to replace/repair them).
Once our warehouse receives your return, we do our best to quickly process it! Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
