When you’re not happy, we’re not happy. We offer a stress free 90 day return policy. Simply send your glasses back to us for a full refund, or exchange them for a new pair. We will gladly help you find a new, favorite pair of Peepers by guiding you to the perfect color and fit.
If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations (before or after 90 days), please give us a call at 800-348-2508 or email us at email@example.com.
If you purchased your Peepers from an independent retail store we cannot refund your original payment, but we will work with you to exchange the product.
Sale items are only eligible for exchange.

Step 1: Visit our Returns Page.
You will need your order number and shipping zip code. Fill out the required fields and we will be alerted of and on the lookout for your incoming merchandise.
*Our pre-paid label is $3.95, if making a return. We will waive the label fee if you are making an exchange or using a store credit.
Step 2: Pack your return.
Use the original shipping box and packing materials that your glasses came in. They’re designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us!
*Please note – we do not recommend using padded envelopes to return your Peepers.
Step 3: Ship the box back to us via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
Use our pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back to us.
