We Stand Behind Every Pair - 90 Day Return Policy

 

We offer a stress-free 90 day return policy. Simply send your glasses back to us for a refund, exchange, or electronic Peepers gift card within 90 days of the original order date. Your refund will be the amount paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase, taking into account any special promotions and/or discounts used when the order was placed. The original shipping charge is not reimbursable and will not be included in your total refund amount.

*Our pre-paid return label is $3.99. We will waive the label fee if you are receiving an exchange or Peepers electronic gift card.

 

If your product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations (before or after 90 days from the original order), please give us a call at 219-872-4413 or email us at peeps@peepers.com.

If you purchased your Peepers from an independent retail store we cannot refund your original payment, but we will work with you to exchange the product.

Sale items are only eligible for a Peepers electronic gift card.


Step 1: Visit our Returns Page.

You will need your order number and email address. Fill out the required fields and we will be alerted of and on the lookout for your incoming merchandise.

 

Step 2: Pack your return.

Use the original shipping box and packing materials that your glasses came in. They’re designed perfectly for safe shipping back to us!

*Please note – we do not recommend using padded envelopes to return your Peepers.

 

Step 3: Ship the box back to us via USPS.
